About Skills Evidence

Skills Evidence exists to answer one question in working detail: how do you prove what you can do to someone who has every reason to doubt it? We write for students, career changers, and working professionals who need their skills to survive a sceptical reader, whether that reader is a recruiter, a hiring manager or a professional body.

What we publish

Our records are practical explainers grounded in official and professional sources such as GOV.UK, the Ofqual register, Acas, the National Careers Service and established careers services. We link to the sources we rely on so readers can verify them directly, and we verify that cited pages are live before publishing.

What we are not

We are not a regulator, a careers advisory service, a review platform or a law firm. Our material is general information and cannot replace advice about individual legal, contractual or career circumstances.

Skills Evidence is published and funded by SRH CORP LIMITED, the organisation behind Excellent Pathways. That relationship is disclosed on every page and explained in full in our ownership statement. Our provider-checking guidance applies to Excellent Pathways exactly as it applies to any other provider.
